What's For Dinner This Week?

Okay, so the two things I'm looking for this week are the following:
  • A good recipe for the Chicken Gravy that you put on Hawaiin Haystacks
  • Recipes that even picky eaters will like. (Right now my 9 year old step son is in town and he really only likes Mac N' Cheese, Pizza, steak, hotdogs, and McDonald's.

What's on our menu this week?
Buffalo Chicken Salad
Cafe Rio Pork Salad
French Bread Pizza
Fajitas
Roast
Corned Beef Hash
Mom's Broccoli, Cheese & Rice Casserole
Hamburgers
Grandma's Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas (Gringo Style)
Beef Flautas
Hawaiin Haystacks

Now what are you eating? Leave your comments below...

for chicken gravy on hawaiian haystacks my mom uses cream of chicken soup and adds more chicken to it.

we are having:
poorman steak/veggie, pulled pork sandwhiches/veggei, smoked chicken, leftovers, breakfast, chilidogs, taco salad, king ranch chicken, chicken alfredo, beans/cornbread, leftovers, chicken penne, calzones, and smoked fish (we do a 2wk menu)

will he eat eggs? My kids love all kinds of egg recipes and simple things like tacos with just beans and cheese. Check out parenting.com they have a recipe section and even a picky eaters section I think. Same with familyfun.com Also try cutting up fruit and veggies and having some sort of dip for them (dip wins a lot of kids over). Good luck!
